This year Riviera Maya Calendars will look to work with local non-profit organizations to help raise much needed funds for a variety of causes. Launching the first program in Playa del Carmen, home of the Riviera Maya Girls featured in the first production “Beach Babes 2012″.
RMC co-directors agreed that supporting the cause is both crucial for health and safety of the animals. The project is beneficial in an area that does not have sufficient funding to manage the “out of control” animal population. The organization has helped thousands of animals through their very capable sterilization program and annual work with VIDAS.
The organizations basis is to offer education and population control, where it is much needed. General donations are accepted through their website (www.cocoscatrescue.org)and/or social media network. A steady flow of daily work has created a constant need for funding to provide the needed medications and support a large base of kittens for adoption.
The program will donate $50 pesos from every sale made for Coco’s Cat Rescue. To order please email cocos@rivieramayacalendars.com
